Welcome to P3AK Day Training, where fitness meets community.

Located in the heart of Pompano Beach, right before the west corner of atlantic boulevard, we’ve built a space where every person—from beginners to seasoned athletes—can feel empowered and supported.

Founded by Heinz, our gym was created with one mission: to provide a high-quality, welcoming fitness environment that inspires results and fosters lasting motivation. Whether you're chasing a personal best or just getting started, we’ve got the equipment, expertise, and energy to help you succeed.

We offer a variety of classes, state-of-the-art machines, personal training options, and recovery tools—all designed to support your goals. And when it comes to convenience, we've got you covered with parking right at our location: 225 N Federal Hwy.
